In response to the recent Staff Development days you have facilitated, I would like to thank you for making them a great success. The objectives have been clear and linked to specific learning outcomes. The staff have both enjoyed the events and been able to demonstrate how they have helped them in their work.
The accelerated learning techniques you use have definitely motivated the delegates and they look forward to attending your workshops. The process has enabled me to link in some of the Investors in People Leadership and Management Model (LMM) and start to identify future leaders.
