It was a pleasure participating in your course. You clearly take great pride in your work and it shows in the quality of the course and the enthusiasm you display when facilitating it. I originally finished my last sentence with “…presented it.” but it didn’t look right since I didn’t feel I was being presented to. The level of inter-activeness keeps the participants engaged and relevant to their day to day responsibilities. I felt that you did an excellent job helping participants gain awareness of interacting with other people whether it is within the business environment or in other areas of their life. You also helped identify areas where they can improve and gave us the “tool box” to achieve it.
